Achieving Greater Independence for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

The Thompson Center’s third conference on Increasing Independence for Wisconsin Individuals with Disabilities was held via webinar. This conference focused on managing the transition to living independently and working as adults with a disability. A panel discussion discussed how to optimize technology to facilitate the independence of adults with an intellectual or developmental disability. Michael Morris, Executive Director of the National Disability Institute & The ABLE National Resource Center, gave the keynote address.
