The Thompson Center is dedicated to putting on quality events for the betterment of Wisconsin’s political discourse and to keep Wisconsin moving forward on critical topics.  To that end we welcome feedback from anyone in our audiences and endeavor to improve with each event.  Here are a few of the things we have heard:

From our Speakers and Co-Sponsors

“Liz’s [the Speaker] talk was very well received by our local business community.  In fact, her visit generated so much interest and enthusiasm that we are now making plans to have her return in May for a half-day workshop on supporting entrepreneurs in north-central Wisconsin.  This could end up having a significant impact on our region—all because of the initial visit supported by the Thompson Center!”

“The event was amazing! Thank you as always for your support. The Thompson Center is a terrific friend of UW-La Crosse and the La Crosse community. We had a great mix of people from campus (students, faculty, staff) and people from the general public.”

“Thanks again for an incredible rewarding experience. I wish you all the best with the Center and your other pursuits.”

“Congrats on a successful event! I heard good feedback about it from multiple angles/sources.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this event. What a great conversation and discussion. You selected a great range of panelists, with a fabulous turnout. Please keep me in mind as you lead on these Wisconsin conversations in the future. Thank you.”

“Thanks for the opportunity to showcase this information and the stories of self-advocates. The platform the Thompson Center provides is very powerful. Looking forward to out continued work.”

“It was a great event all around and I’m glad I could be a part of it. Thank you!”
