Join us and author Erik Larson as he discusses the leadership needed to create the World’s Fair and its beauty, while at the same time evil loomed in the underbelly of the city in his storytelling of The Devil in the White City. The book intertwines the historical nonfiction story of good and evil between Daniel Burnham and H.H. Holmes. In this lecture, Larson will be talking about the impact of the World’s Fair 130 years later.
