The UW-Whitewater Community Engagement Center, UW-Oshkosh American Democracy Project, and the Thompson Center are pleased to present a webinar on leadership and resilience in times of public emergency. COVID-19 has caused substantial disruptions to the American economy, institutions, and American life as we know it. This webinar will explore the centrality of leadership, and especially presidential leadership, in times of public emergency. Dr. Tevi Troy is a former Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services and author of Shall We Wake the President?
